Digital Asset Bookkeeping & Reporting

Structured record-keeping for digital asset activity. We consolidate and reconcile transaction records across exchanges, wallets and on-chain activity, and produce organised reports your accountant or Chartered Accountant can work from.

The problem

Records that never agree with each other

Digital asset activity leaves a trail across several venues at once. Each exchange exports a different CSV, wallets record only what passed through them, and on-chain history carries no context at all. By the time records are needed — for a Chartered Accountant, a bank query or an internal review — reconstructing them is slow and error-prone.

Bookkeeping fixes that at the source: one reconciled ledger, maintained consistently, so the underlying records are already in order when someone asks for them.

How it works

Consolidate. Reconcile. Report.

A repeatable four-stage process, run on read-only records you provide.

01

Consolidate

Exchange statements, wallet history and on-chain activity are gathered into a single working record, whatever format each source exports.

02

Reconcile

Records are matched across sources so transfers are not double-counted, gaps are identified, and every entry can be traced back to where it came from.

03

Categorise

Each entry is labelled by type — trade, transfer, fee, income — using a consistent scheme applied the same way period after period.

04

Report

The result is a clean ledger with supporting summaries, handed to you in a form your accountant or Chartered Accountant can work from directly.

05

Review support

Where a bank, auditor or professional adviser asks how a figure was arrived at, the ledger shows the trail rather than requiring it to be rebuilt.

06

Bookkeeping education

For those who would rather run it themselves, the same process is taught as structured education in record-keeping practice.

Scope

What this service is not

Bookkeeping is record-keeping and reporting support. It sits alongside your professional advisers — it does not replace them, and it does not extend to any regulated activity.

KOUSHIK RANJIT PRIVATE LIMITED holds no financial-services licence or registration and does not claim any.

  • Not audit or assuranceWe do not carry out statutory audit, assurance or certification of accounts.
  • Not tax filing or tax adviceWe do not compute, file or advise on your tax position. Your Chartered Accountant does that.
  • Not investment adviceNothing in a bookkeeping engagement is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
  • No custody or access to fundsWe never hold your funds or private keys, and we do not take withdrawal-enabled access to any account.
Handling your records

Read-Only by Design

Bookkeeping needs a view of what happened. It never needs the ability to move anything.

01

No Custody

We do not hold your funds, your private keys or your seed phrase, and we will never ask for them.

02

Read-Only Access

Records are supplied as exports, or through read-only connections. Withdrawal-enabled access is never requested or accepted.

03

Your Records, Yours

The ledger and reports we produce belong to you. Data handling for an engagement is agreed in writing before any records change hands.
